I hate to say this but...probably not.

I seriously doubt that any of that will make any difference, Michelle. We both know that it isn't about making peace with her, it is about her trying to turn the knife one more time in your back. I think sending her the letter was good for you, but don't be surprised if she just won't fucking quit.

You're right, Kimmy. Thererfore, I'm taking suggestions, if you have any, about how to stop this, because short of isolating myself, I don't know how to stop her.

You know it's a tough one...hell of course you know, you're living it! Unfortunately it's been my experience with 'those kind of people' (I hate to generalize but you know what I mean) that any effort you make to eradicate the situation only serves to feul their fire. The problem lies in the fact that these people are too selfish to see ANYTHING outside of their own box...hence the reason she wouldn't meet with you to discuss things in front of a third person...she won't ever face her own demons and if she did...never in front of you. If I were you I would isolate myself from her, I know it sucks and it's not fair to you but personally I think it's the only way for you to achieve the peace you desire. Or have og rough em up a bit...=]

You don't know how tempting that is, y'all. Unfortunately, I know what Ogger's idea of "roughing up" is, and believe me, there are much worthier causes over which to go to jail than my worthless, white-trash sister. ;) As Emperor Warrior Kendar said to me today, "Be very glad you weren't raised in THAT trailer park." She probably won't get it. She probably doesn't want to get it. But all I have to say is, You go girl because I would have lost it.

Who needs enemies when you have family like that? Maybe a restraining order will let her know you mean business. She obviously isn't about to take this seriously unless you make her.
